Common:

• GI issues: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, and abdominal pain.

Acute Pain

• Adult Dose: 8–16 mg daily, divided into 2 or 3 doses.
• Maximum Dose: 16 mg/day.

Osteoarthritis & Rheumatoid Arthritis

• Initial Dose: 12 mg daily, divided into 2 or 3 doses.
• Maintenance Dose: Up to 16 mg/day.

• Children & Adolescents (<18 years): Not recommended due to insufficient safety data.
• Elderly (>65 years): No dose adjustment is needed, but caution is advised due to gastrointestinal (GI) risks.

• Renal Impairment:
  • Mild to Moderate: Max 12 mg/day in divided doses.
  • Severe: Contraindicated.
• Hepatic Impairment:
  • Moderate: Max 12 mg/day in divided doses

Take Ornopain 8 before food. Swallow Ornopain 8 as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew, or break it.

• Increased Bleeding Risk: With warfarin or Vitamin K antagonists.
• Kidney Function Risk: With cyclosporine, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, or angiotensin II receptor antagonists.
